What size should i buy?

Our most popular frame size is a large for art pieces on a standard wall, with 2 pieces recommended to start off your gallery wall.

How long will delivery take?

All our prints are hand framed in either the UK or US depending on your order location. We pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our warehouse. Delivery is typically within 5-7 business days from the order date (Sometimes longer for international orders). We aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of your order being placed, however please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra, due to delays in the carrier or if our studio has an unusually high volume of orders.

I didn't receive an order confirmation.

If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at info@ivhu.art to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to change the email address for you and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.

There may be a slight difference between frames in the UK & US simply down to wood types. This typically affects Oak in the UK, which is displayed as Natural in the US.

Our art visualiser allows you to try out our artwork in scale, in augmented reality. This is a great way to see what the artwork will look like on your wall at home. These are displayed in our Large size to give you an idea.

How do i return my order?

Please note that the return must be sent back to our warehouse in the United Kingdom. Register your return by emailing returns@ivhu.art with your order number and reason for return. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected.
